Terms & Conditions

• Ticket Validity: EFT Payment Reference must be used for proof of payment confirmations, which must be emailed to admin@trulybrave.co.za . The system will not accept tickets that it cannot validate.
• Geographic Radius: The prize cake is available for delivery/collection within a maximum 400 km radius from Pietermaritzburg (PMB). Winners outside this radius may donate the prize to a recipient within the 400 km radius.
• Prize Design Cost: The maximum cost of cake design and production is determined by total raffle ticket sales revenue. Higher sales enable more elaborate designs; final specifications will be confirmed with the winner.
• Number of Draws: The number of prize draws equals the total number of tickets sold. Each ticket guarantees one entry into the prize pool.
• Additional Prizes: Various other prizes may be awarded alongside the specialty cake, as announced by the organizer prior to the draw.
• Winner Scheduling: The winner may choose a delivery/collection date for the cake anywhere from 3 weeks after the draw date up to 1 year thereafter, subject to bakery availability and mutual agreement.
• General Rules: The raffle is operated by Truly Brave in support of uniquely challenged young warriors. Tickets are non-refundable. Winners will be drawn randomly and notified via email/phone. Prizes are non-transferable except as stated for radius donation. Truly Brave reserves the right to amend prizes or terms with notice. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
